The landlord is a Cardiff resident and local to the property. He is licensed with Rent Smart Wales #RN-75106-40452 and has taken and passed the landlords course. The building is insured but you should have your own contents insurance covering personal items.

The house is partly furnished with “white good” items but furniture can be provided if required (additional cost). You will receive an Assured Short-hold Tenancy agreement for 6 -12 months, a full signed inventory, and a copy of the property’s Energy Performance Certificate.
